Of course he is. His speed and power are displayed regularly. For an average day of training I heard he would run 10 miles, spar 15 rounds, do all the other typical boxing training(heavy/speed/double end bags), padwork, and then ask for more. I read that he has to eat like 8000 calories or he will lose too much weight! For a small welter? That's insane!
