If Gina didn't stop fighting after her loss to Cyborg, would Dana have introduced a women's division to the UFC? Ronda was the reason why there is now a women's division, but Gina was extremely popular and she brought a lot of interest to Women's MMA.

What do you guys think?

There's a women's division?

Do you mean would there have been a 145 division?

I think you mean 145 division. to answer question yes.

if Gina didnt stop fighting I think they wouldve added the female divisions sooner than they have

LOL That's a good point. Gina struggled to make weight for fights, so maybe there would have been a 145 division.

Yes, she would have accelerated the process of including womens` divisions in the UFC. The bigger "what if" is how big she would have become and faster women`s MMA would have taken off if she had beaten Cyborg. If she had not only continued fighting, but had continued fighting as the champ...it could`ve been a big money-maker for the Strikeforce/UFC.

Yes and would have been womens HW 136-155, and Gina would still have to cut 20lbs

No, Ronda is the reason for WMMA in the UFC.

Gina always wanted to do movies and lost passion for MMA.
