This man stepped aside? Love him or hate him he has developed the once barbaric, almost amateur org into the epitome of MMA sports today. Maybe the world's leading organisation could do better with a man at the center that has a little more charisma and professionalism? Or maybe not. Thoughts?

no we need dana. scrubs need dana so they can point their crooked little finger and say "look. theres dana. hes the bad guy"
while they save the world

I enjoy watching Dana’s transformation into a tomatoe

Maybe, but I doubt there are more than a handful of better replacements.

Depends.

If he were to be replaced by someone who will actually look out for the sport, the fighters and the fans then yes. It he were to be replaced by a money hungry, ego tripping, MMA causal then no. Scott Coker would be nice.

Not relevant.

Dana is the heart and soul of the UFC. without him, evverything falls apart. Name one thing that would have happened right if he wasn't there, giving it all since day one. I'll wait

No. The Baldfather has done more good for MMA than bad

No, I would rather him just quit being a smug fucking asshole...

Anyone who votes yes, knows nothing about anything. This man helped build a 4.4 billion dollar company, helped cement our beloved sport as a sport instead of some niche shit no one knows about. <Dana05><Dana05><Dana05><Dana05>

You can bet anyone that gets to DWs level of success is a ruthless lying sumvabitch. His relative honesty of character is appreciated.

he's a big ol' dummy but he's our dummy

Dana White...making MMA and the UFC great again!

I think he can still be involved behind the scenes, but he should not be the spokesperson for the UFC. The guy has no filter and is completely unprofessional.

I don’t think you can argue with what he’s done with the company thus far.

I'm ready for new blood. He's seemed pretty burnt out since the Fertitas left. Props for what he's done though.

His personality was needed when MMA was still in the dark ages but now that it's main stream we need a professional.
