So Ank basically beat Pereira with zero wrestling.

Jai Opetaia is the current #1 (soon to be undisputed) best boxer at 200 lbs Cruiserweight,
which is equivalent to UFC LHW division.

We know that Alex Pereira is the #1 striker in the world (arguably),
but he struggles against pure boxers.

As for ground game, just send Jai to Dagestan for a few years (usual advice for every fighter),
like when Khabib invited Gane but Gane's lazy ass didn't do it and got manhandled by Jones.

Would Jai dominate in a relatively weak LHW division?
