they make one big pay day off of Brock and Brock gets to go back to easy work.

If Brock can do both he'll be happy

not sure which party doesn't want that now

No, he should pick one and stay with it .

We don't need more reasons for people to think MMA is a joke

I imagine Dana & Co. would utilize Brock in any capacity avaliable to them.

They probably would.

But they couldn't.

And they shouldn't.

Not if Brock re-signs.

If I were Brock, as long as you aren't concerned about your health, I would try to work out a deal where he could leave and have one or two fights and then come back to finish out his career in WWE. He would only be gone for a year or so and that would actually help his character if he loses at WrestleMania.

I can't imagine it happening. Maybe if Mir learns to run his mouth like Chael, going as far as attending WWE events. Would be a big pay day for Brock tho

Before they signed CM punk, and before the days of one fight per week, I would have said no, but were in a new era of cash in ppv. I could see it happening. Maybe offering Brock a modified 3 fight contract or something.

Mir winning does open the door to a 3rd fight that probably makes the most sense for everyone involved.

I imagined WWE. WrestleMania is in April. 2 months off and then a six month training camp for Brock. then a fight. 3 to 4 months off and back to Wrestlemania.

UFC doesnt do the one fight thing with a guy like brock. Why should they let him beat an active fighter on the roster just to sail off into the sunset

Ya know what, I actually kind of love this idea?

All perception reasons aside, I actually think tons of MMA fans would want to see this. It would do the same thing for the sport as it did when Brock first jumped in, it would bring new fans.

They could market it as a light-hearted freakshow fight, almost a distraction from all the crap going on right now with PED's. Not a main event, maybe a co-main.

That leads to my next point: How much credibility could the UFC gain by putting a clean-of-PED's Lesnar back in the octagon? Let's assume for the sake of argument that most peolpe think Lesnar is on the juice. If that is the case, and they could show that Lesnar is not on PED's (through tests and obvious body changes), it doesn't even matter what the outcome would be. Mir wins great news for the UFC's new anti-PED program, cheaters don't win when they're off the stuff. Lesnar wins, there ay go, the dude is a monster, back in full swing, sign that guy up for a new contract, the HW division needs something special anyway.

I think they'll do anything to rubber match him with Mir and get the PPV buys. Even if it's only 1 fight.

Last anyone heard, Brock was wanting to leave the WWE entirely because management was obsessed with wanting him to lose to John Cena, aka the man who is killing the WWE. Brock utterly refused. After literal months of bickering, Brock made it clear that he would lose at Wrestlemania to whatever non-Cena challenger they got and then let his contract expire.

There is the chance that the WWE may negotiate a new contract that is up to Brock's liking before then, but if not he'll probably just leave them again. He left in the past over a belief that he was being squandered by bad writing, and he'll do it again if he must.

I would fucking LOVE to see mir x Lesnar 3. Even if it's the only fight brock comes back for.

after Cro Cop vs Gonzaga 2, this is the only a rematch I could think of that I want to see that could actually happen. I'm sure there are other rematches I would want to see but these are the two I want to see the most
