I think this would have made great fights for sure. Remember the pace and violence. I was just becoming a fan in those days. One fighter I loved was Denis Kang. He and others in their primes could stop Barao I believe.

What do you think?

Dennis kang is a middle weight barao is A bantam weight that is 4 weight classes different.
Also I think ppl really have their rose colored glasses on when they think back to the pride days.

Not taking anything away from the greats of the sport but they were not mythical unbeatable machines.

True, you're right, cause bushido I guess really only went down to 155.

...............no, he wouldn't go undefeated in bushido

bushido was for lighter weight classes but didn't go below lw(in pride that was 160lbs) and for up n coming fighters, shogun fought cupla fights in bushido

you know that right?

do you really wanna know what I think? LOL

Pride gave no fucks about weight divisions (and that was great), Paulo Filho, Cro Cop fought at Bushido. If Bar

Although a current BW Barao isn't much smaller than many of prides 160 pound division. Unlike most of the era he cuts a tonne of weight, he's what, 158 shredded.

Barao is getting too much attention lately. Lets talk about Ronda.

Chances are someone would catch him but his record says otherwise
