I would say tied or just as close because of the current conditions of the fight. Holloway coming off injured, fighting 1 weight class heavier, short notice fight, fighting an elite grappler(Holloway hasn't faced an elite grappler not Lamas), not enough time to formulate a game plan against elite LW and not to mention Holloway is going against a fighter who has been undefeated his entire life.

Would be legendary and would propel Holloway to GOAT status talk(GSP Jones Fedor Silva) when its all said and done if he accomplishes this.

No not even close even with the stipulations you posted. I clearly remember at the time 11 years ago Matt didn't have a chance in the fight going in. He was 9-4 with no TKO or KO wins. He was a blown up LW going against the future of WW who just dismantled Hughes in a perfect fight. GSP at the time was never KO and had one early loss to Hughes via submission before he should have been in a title fight.
