Would a cruise ship be a good place to live during a zombie apocalypse?

Do you think a cruise ship is a good place to live during a zombie apocalypse? Maybe dock it somewhere where there's fish to catch? If something happens, can just move it somewhere else. Have small boats to go out for food/supplies/fish, etc..., then people who come back have to quarantine in a cage for 24 hours before they can be let onto the ship.

I don't think one person could maintain that size of vessel. You would need a large, trustworthy crew.

Definitely could be if you had a crew you trusted to maintain it.

But would also be hard as fuck to keep constant patrols going to keep secure from both undead and survivors

Do you, or does anyone in your deeply skilled and fully trustworthy band of zombie hunters, know anything about how you keep the power running in a cruise ship ? Is it stocked with non-perishable food ? Do you know how to pilot, refuel, repair a cruise ship ?

if you answered yes to all of these questions and probably a bunch I haven’t thought of, then sure !

Thats a good level in the world war Z game. Starts out some poor soul gets sick in quarters and bam whole ship is infected. At the end they are coming up out of the water you got turrets and traps set, killing hundreds.

But on topic, a small boat with solar power, backup sails, fishing gear and water filtration and I think you would be good. Cruise ships are HUGE and would take alot of people to keep safe. Plus they are slow and can't escape raiders.

Just move to a place like Alaska.. Zombies wouldn't make it far before they froze.. That goes for both zombie types.. Living dead zombies and virus zombies..

Once they turned into ice statues, you can just go around smashing them with a bat or blast them with your 12 gauge..
