Worth going back to the gym on may 1?

The Scottish Government just announced their, "road map" for leaving Lockdown. It's split into four Phases, each one three weeks in length. The time-table for implementation is not set in stone. If the number of infections/deaths start to rise, restrictions will stay in place until it's safe to proceed.

Gyms will not be allowed to reopen until Phase 3, and best case scenario puts that around late July - early August. And gyms will still have to obey strict rules on social distancing. Which will almost certainly involve having to book workouts well in advance.
