It's definitely not Pettis. He has some actual TDD skill and stopped all of Benson Henderson's attempts in their second fight. Carlos Condit is definitely the worst since Bas Rutten - neither guy has any TDD skills whatsoever. A stiff breeze can take them down.

She currently has a 69% TDD, which is a lot more than most fighters listen here. Taking her down is everyone's obvious easiest path to victory, and yet only Nunes has been able to beat her in the UFC. People just don't want to give any credit to Nunes.

If a professional fighter in the best promotion you can be in can't take down GDR they should quit MMA because they are terrible at it.

You mean like Sherdog's darling, Holly Holm, who went 0/9 in TDs against her, but took Aldana down five times and Megan Anderson four times? GDR doesn't have bad TDD, people just don't want to give any credit to Nunes for some weird reasons.

Torres got bad tdd...but 20 subs on his record
Condit got 13 subs in 32 victories...

Taylor’s problem was surviving on the ground, and getting back to his feet, once he was on his back it was a matter of time before he got mounted, his guard was easily passed.

But his takedown defence was good, he stopped 3/4s of the takedown attempts he faced, it was just that his opponents only needed one or two takedowns in the entire fight to get a win
