Werdum and Griffin employed the brilliant game plan of running in a straight line at their opponent squared up with their chin in the air and their hands down throwing arm punches. As soon as he started running like that I was like WTF are you doing, as I knew he was about to get KO'd. It's such an amateur move on every single level that if someone ever did or asked about doing something like that even on their first day of training I would ban them from striking for life. So which one was more embarrassing? I'm going with Werdum I truthfully thought the Griffin one was the most embarrassing moment in MMA history but at least Griffin was hurt and had no chance to win at that point.

Werdum does it all the time, but some will try to make you think this was the first time he did this

The Silva one was way more embarasing, all Silva did was stretch out his arm, at least Werdum hit him with a bomb

that's exactly what it reminded me of. wtf was werdum thinking, you can't do that against someone who strikes as well as stipe. he was wading in like there was no danger whatsoever.
