Werdum and Griffin employed the brilliant game plan of running in a straight line at their opponent squared up with their chin in the air and their hands down throwing arm punches. As soon as he started running like that I was like WTF are you doing, as I knew he was about to get KO'd. It's such an amateur move on every single level that if someone ever did or asked about doing something like that even on their first day of training I would ban them from striking for life. So which one was more embarrassing? I'm going with Werdum I truthfully thought the Griffin one was the most embarrassing moment in MMA history but at least Griffin was hurt and had no chance to win at that point.
