Bader uses his left more and understands angles better. He would have lost his phil davis fight if he didnt improve his striking. Even tho davis gets hate here for not looking pretty, hes more than a competent striker who has decent output

Penned is a bad striker and a bad athlete. Shields is a pretty good athlete who happens to be a bad striker. But Pendred is a million times worse than Shields.

Dean Lister should be included in this discussion too.

pendrad gets alot of hate here. he has a decent gas tank and good pressure. hes also naturally aggressive and only 27, so he can still improve.



Maybe some in tight boxing and leg kicks. he seems to find a away to back his opponents up so watching alot of film on cain might help, even if he isnt as good a wrestler

he thought glover was more hurt. More props to glover than anything. He kept his eyes wide open during the fire like chuck lidell. When babalu hit chuck in the second fight and tryed to swarm chucks eyes opened so wide and he kept his eyes on the prize and landed that uppercut. i blame chuck........

Shields is awful. Pendred is even more awful. Seen nothing like it. Shields is a legend on the ground. Cathal has nothing there. He's a walking punching bag who tires his opponents out. Sorry Cathal.

Jake did bust up GSP.... AFTER HE NEARLY RIPPED AN EYEBALL OUT OF GEORGES' SKULL. Seriously one of the absolute worst eye gouges of all time. It should've just been declared a no contest after it happened. Of course it wasn't because GSP said he could fight on, but he should've been truthful and said he couldn't see. Because he couldn't see.
