Ok guys i know this is a bleacher report article but this particular one raises some good points including the Akiyama vs Shields fight.

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1476784-the-worst-ufc-robberies-of-2012

But Definitely what Forrest did was in all sense of the word a Robbery, Tito should have done more to win to prevent this from happening by winning the fight but still Forrest has truly fallen very far from the tree of fan favorite and its because of things like this.

Dont you guys agree? i have a feeling when his time comes which it will shortly he will even ruin his retirement fight and i just hope they dont put him in for the retirement fights of guys like Rampage, Shogun or Wandy.

However more fight related what do you guys think was the biggest Robberies of 2012?

I'm sure there will be plenty of Edgar/Benson answers

Are you a Tito fan or something? Forrest clearly won that fight.

Are you saying that Forrest winning was a robbery or him taking the mic was a robbery.

Cause he won that fight relatively clearly, IMO, even if Tito did make it competitive.

I had Griffin winning that fight, didn't even really think it was that close.

Lawlor Vs Carmont was a pretty big robbery. Not the greatest fight ever but still a clear cut win for Lawlor.

Akiyama vs. Shields really should not have been controversial at all. Shields beat him on volume alone. Saying Akiyama "did more damage" is totally subjective because neither guy was hurt at any point in that fight.

I thought Forrest beat Tito on first watch too so I can't fault the judges for that.

    No. Forrest won that fight.

I wouldn't have been surprised if Tito won, but either way there was no robbery there haha.

Robbery gets used around here too much.

And fuck the fans who left Forrest for something stupid like that post fight shit. Always a fan of his.

Tito has done worse shit than that. Forrest is just emotional and goofy get over it.

Forrest won that fight. Tito did not really do a thing. When he knocked forrest down he just stood there and did not try and capitalize on it at all.

The Akiyama/Shields thing is ridiculous. And I was cheering and bet on Akiyama. NO WAY he won. That is a terrible opinion. He should have even been penalized for blatant fence grabs.

Forrest/Tito III was a close fight that could have gone either way. Usually these wind up in the "robbery" category when said writer doesn't like the outcome.

No Forrest very clearly won that fight. Getting a takedown does not win a round. Knocking a fighter down does not win a round. They certainly help but if all you do the rest of the round is plod forward and get hit with tons of shots you don't deserve a decision. Forrest out struck Tito in every round and clearly won 2

Edgar/Benson 2 was a clear robbery imo. Edgar landed more on the feet, dropped Benson, had more takedowns, and attempted more submissions yet somehow lost the fight. That's a robbery

Madadi vs Marcello was the worst robbery ever.

    Pretty weird list.

    Where' McCall vs Johnson 1?

Not a classical "robbery" but some of the dumbest shit in a good while.

Madadi vs Marcello or LeVesseur vs Prater were easily worse than some of those as well.

Lol cry about it, Tito stole Colemans moment that's karma. Least Forrest apologized, and wasn't deliberately trying to be a dick.

Lol, could that stolen moment actually be more epic than "Fuck you, Tito", though ?

One of the best post fight interviews out there.

This is where it's at. I'm still butthurt as fuck over that shit.

Tito didn't deserve a retirement moment. He did whack shit to other people, it's about time he got his.
