Worst cauliflower ears in the UFC?

    Just saw this picture of Kelvin Gastelum and thought it has to be one of the worst examples of cauliflower ears in the UFC. I mean this picture screams a very diminished sense of hearing, at least on that ear. I guess surgery after the career is required for a lot of these athletes to regain their hearing because the ear isn't meant to work as "just a hole". I've heard that in many cases the cauliflower ear can actually block the whole ear canal and make you practically deaf unless a surgery is performed. I'd say Kelvin is quite close to that point. What fighters have shocked you with their ears?
