This fight was such a bummer for me. Im a huge diaz fan, been to about 6 of nicks fights and 2 of nates live, and the condit fight was one if them. At the time, both guys were considered to be two of the most aggressive guys in the division that always walked forward. What a fuckin let down condit was in that fight. Im obv biased, but FFS condit made himself look like a straight bitch that night and still pulled off a BS decision and then gloated about the fact that the fight went as he planned. I loved condit at the time and ive honestly rooted against him every fight hes had since Diaz. Just cant bring myself to like the guy after that performance.

I'm convinced that fight was a work agreed between the two fighters.
Rory was already negotiating with Bellator and Stephen is his buddy.
They danced and shadow-boxed and Rory took a no-damage L for his buddy to set up the Wonderboy title shot.

I only think Dana allowed it because Wonderboy was his great white hope.
