I switched recently from BB workouts to MMA type of training. I now do medium weight for 15-20 reps. Also wind sprints seem to really be helping my speed and explosiveness. I like how my body is starting to look and feel more athletic and cut. I would like to hear if anyone else has any suggestions.
some good stuff: plyometrics, full and modified olympic lifts with BB and DB's, sandbag training, sledgehammer training, Burpees, Sprints, HIIT, Tabata, complex training
