I'm just wondering if this is considered a good workout routine or not. I did it during the summer and had no problems with it. but if you guys have any suggestions to improve it or if it's not good at all, let me know!

Hypertrophy/ Prep Phase
3 week span/4 workouts a week/each workout performed(ewp) 4 times
Rep System: Rest:
ewp 1: 4x12 30-60 seconds between sets
ewp 2: 4x10
ewp 3: 4x8
ewp 4: 3x10

Workout #1
 
Too complicated, too much unnecessary stuff, not enough time focusing on any particular goal.

Have you read the FAQ and the linked thread listing many good routines?
 
Mondays are international bench day. Don't forget that.
 
If your goal is building strength, you either have the work capacity of a god or you are not pushing yourself very hard at all. My guess is it is the latter.
 
No, it is not. Here's a tip: Strength training is really fucking easy. Anything that fucked up was written by people who aren't strong. About half that shit should be thrown the hell out and the order of everything defies logic.
