- lose 15 pounds
- increase my anaerobic capacity
- bench 215, squat 285, deadlift 333
- earn a BJJ blue belt
- compete as often as possible (gi and no-gi)
Obstacles
- very weak left shoulder (football injury)
- time constraints imposed by school and work
The Plan of Attack
- eat lots, eat clean
- 2-day strength split
- BJJ training 3-5 days a week
- LSD for weight management 2-3 times per week
- Conditioning 2-3 times per week
