Anti Woodley folks are in for a huge rude awakening. Woodley is his worth match up by far. He'll starch Mai on the feet, and Mai aint getting him to the ground.

I don't want Woodley holding on to the belt personally. He's awful holding the belt, but he'll starch Mai and it won't even be close.

I actually think that's one of Woodley's easiest fights in the division. Maia won't be able to take him down, regardless of how well his TD's have gotten, and threat on the feet with be almost not there, at all.

Woodley was scared versus Wonderboy and still beat him on the feet and on the ground. He checked a kick from Condit, and broke him in half. He finished Lawler in seconds with a single shot.

His only weakness is that he fights scared. A fighter who presses to finish, beats Woodley.

And you bring that up as if Condit isn't total shit with TD defense, and Woodley isn't a great wrestler that would be really hard for Mai to take him down?

Why is it that folks all of a sudden think that Woodley isn't strong as shit with a great wrestling pedigree? Usually these types of fights favor the wrestler because the BJJ guy can't get him down, and Woodley has great BJJ defense.

This is a horrible style match up for Damian Mai.

And Mai doesn't possess the skills to do that no matter how hard he tries. His striking is awful, and Woodley has awesome TD defense. You guys totally forget that he used to be a one dimensional grappler.
