Rory has a great jab but it was negated by the southpaw stance of wonderboy. Same as with gsp vs hendricks. And junior vs overeem. Lots of great orthodox fighters struggle (maybe too harsh a word) with lefthanded fighters

It was a combination of wonderboy's size, lateral movement, and excellent counterstriking. But it was the stance that took away rory's best weapon, his jab. Standard tds are harder from a mirrored stance as well

Wonderboy completely tooled Rory Mc, it was very impressive at the time.

We had never seen Rory be outclassed like that before, his fights were always competitive(Lawler, Condit) or one sided beatdowns (BJ Penn, Nate Diaz)
