Women's 135 was made specifically so Ronda wouldn't have to fight Cyborg

was it the right decision considering now that Miesha probably wont fight at this weight again?

Actually it is the natural weight class for a majority of upper weight fighters. Tate had one bad weight cut, which if I had to venture a guess came as a result of her being champion and maybe riding a little too high as champion. 145 is a wasteland. Half of the 135ers would drop to 125 if they could.

Where else would Tate fight? Will her implants allow her to make the cut to 125lbs?

Ts does realize that Ronda was the 135 lb champ before she ever fought in the Ufc?

Some of you are so stupid you really should hate your parents

Good god. Now people (idiots) are blaming Ronda for meisha's bad weight cut

Nothing, absolutely nothing, stopped Borg from making 135 and fighting Ronda.

Except Borg of course.

Wasn't cybro banned from fighting around that time for male hormone/steroid abuse?

That weight was already well established before Ronda, Miesha was the strikeforce 135 champ before losing it to Ronda. UFC just imported all of WMMA 135 from Strikeforce to UFC because of Ronda. How ever there might be some truth to Ronda dropping down from 145 to 135 to duck Cyborg. Back in strike force Cyborg and Gina were the biggest fighter there, Ronda just starting to make a name for her self.

Given that Ronda is in the top 3 or top 5 in terms of money that one single person made the UFC, the only thing the UFC regrets with the Ronda experience is her getting her face broken. Other than that, everything worked perfectly.
