What do you guys think of this?
These guys make it hard for some us just trying to take innocent pics and vids of birds in the park....
What do you guys think of this?
No, I believe people have the right to NOT be photographed in public.
Just because you are out in the public does not mean people can do what they want.
How would you feel if random strangers started to photograph you?
Or children in your family when they are at the playground.
Why would anybody go around and take pictures of complete strangers?
IF you are an artist taking shots, you ask for permission.
Show them the pics and get a consent. Anything other is wrong.
None, because it's completely legal. She's the one showing off her goods. It's not like upskirt pics. She can confront the picture takers, but they don't have to delete them. No, I mean what's her legal case? on what grounds can she complain to the law?
When we moved back to the US, this was the biggest piece of culture shock my kid went through. He was surprised how common it is for strangers to take photos/videos of other people they don't know. Even as a child he felt that was an invasion of privacy. No, I believe people have the right to NOT be photographed in public.

Exactly. She has no grounds to bitch about gawking strangersNone, because it's completely legal. She's the one showing off her goods. It's not like upskirt pics. She can confront the picture takers, but they don't have to delete them.
She can call the cops, but they'll just tell her, "Ma'am, it's 100% legal and I can't make them delete the pictures. Have a nice day."
Wearing a speedo? Yes.Why is it attention seeking? If its a hot day and you are not able to go to the beach the parks where I live is filled with people sunbathing. It not attention seeking in my opinion, its taking advantage of a hot nice day.
People should be able to sunbath in the park with out getting photographed or filmed.
If guys sunbath in the parks is that attention seeking too?
I agree, you have no right to bitch, but taking a picture is too far. I'm a male, nothing to hide or be ashamed of, but if some strange walked up to me on the street and took my picture I'd probably throw their phone down a sewer drain.
