Its time to start a new log. I'm due for ACL replacement surgery on both of my knees. My first surgery is a week from today, with my second coming sometime this summer. This means approximately 9 months till I can do any real lifting. I'll be taking this opportunity to work on my Gunzors and Grip. This log is to detail the rehab process, keep me from sinking onto the couch and into obesity and depression.

Goals:

515 Squat

585 DL

The main goal here is to get back to where I am now.

Goals for improvement:
Comfortable close the COC #3.
Master the Arm Bike.
Improve my bench - even without leg drive.

Lots o' chinups John

Oh yes, It will be nice to be able to focus on these. It will be sweet to be able to do more than two. I'm thinking for my program:

Mon:
Kneehab
Bench
Pullups
Gunz + Core

Wed:
Kneehab
Seated OHP
Chins
Gunz + Core

Fri:
Kneehab
Bench
Pullups
Gunz + Core

Tuesday and Thursday for grip training.
Everyday riding the bike.

Anyone have thoughts on this one.

Maybe you could include some sort of row on one of the days? DB rows may be doable, or some sort of chest-supported row...can't think of any other options though.

DB rows involve kneeling on my knee, not so much an option for a while. Chest supported rows would probably be doable, but I think I can take care of all my pulling needs with pullups and hopefully weighted pullups.

If you're going to be using this log now, you might want to fix the embedded videos up there in the first post. Glad the surgery went well. Heal up quick man. Also, if you need help with anything, I'm in town for a couple weeks.

Got it, thanks. I appreciate the offer man, I will let you know. I'm in Arizona right now and will be for the next two weeks.

I'm also happy to report that my doctor does not think i need the second surgery. While the damage is there, it's not nearly as bad as the left was. Hell yeah.

I had knee surgery last year so, I can empathise with you John, good luck to getting it back to functionality mate.

Fozzy had a pink prosthetic knee cap implanted in his left knee.

Nothing exciting is happening at the moment. I'm really just eating perkiset and chilling. I've tried to eliminate all carbs from my diet in an attempt to keep the weight off. The doc said I can begin rehab on monday which I'm looking forward to. Also, my grippers just arrived from an extended sojurn with my younger brother, life is good.
