WMMA should have its own sub forum

I don't think I'm alone when I say that I'm totally disinterested in WMMA. Sure it's fun to see Ronda smash inferior opponents, but there's no political side to WMMA for me. Furthermore, I believe that I'm not a casual or fairweather fan for having this point of view, I feel it stems from the fact that WMMA is so infantile atm that it's not competitive at all in certain match ups. I can't care about any of the fighters when I know they're just gonna get fed to Ronda. Sure you can say this is just a representation of how skilled I feel Ronda is, and that everyone has a chance in the octagon, but no. Not at this point in the sport. It's always gonna be a mismatch right now. All that aside, if you actually watch some of the fights, it's a horror show. Elbow punches everywhere, sloppy techniques left and right... This is not a bashing thread at all, I just see threads with talking about the horsewomen and all this, it's just nonsense. Pure unadulterated garbage imo and I'm just totally not interested in it at all. I obviously don't speak for everyone and respect those who enjoy watching and talking about it, but yeah I hope some people would get behind a UFC wmma sub forum.

Before the Strikeforce consolidation, I thought it would have been better to keep SF as a women's league because honestly, as good as some of the fights were, no one really cares for WMMA outside of Rousey. It would be better if they built a league around her there, or Invicta, instead of shoving her down our throats and telling us that she's a superstar and we all love her. No, we don't.

I'm really hoping that with the partnership with Invicta, the UFC can properly build a women's league because as of right now, the shallow division is diluting the already diluted cards.

Are WMMA threads clogging up the front page? Indexing forums too much is not good for traffic. I mean, I'd love to see the following things disappear from the main UFC forum as well:

1) fighter pay
2) fighter unions
3) lighter divisions suck
4) elbows are bad
5) ring instead of cage
6) weight cutting is cheating
7) PED's

etc, but uninteresting stuff naturally dies. Like someone suggested, just don't click on WMMA threads.

From what I understand, your issue seems to be with WMMA discussion itself and the ridiculous posts: i.e. Rousey would kick Floyd Mayweather's ass.

I know this is a bit cliche', but "it's the internet man." Yes, some people here are total idiots, but I just dismiss many of the dumb posts as trolling or tongue in cheek. If you don't treat it that way, I advise you avoid all Minowa or Sexyama threads. :icon_lol:

WMMA threads aren't bullies here. You can just ignore them. See that thread you know will be terrible? Don't click. Apparently I just saved you some serious heartache.
