WMMA, it's like watching womens basketball during the break at an NBA game

Would you really watch a womens basketball game during the break of an NBA game?

Why does the UFC want that? It's clear that these women aren't at any level.
 
When a wmma fight comes on i see it as an opportunity to go smoke a joint and take a shit. So yea i agree

A lot of the women are very good fighters, I love watching Joanna or Holly or some shit. Even in the older days, man, a fucking Megu fight was always worth watching.

But this was utter shit lol, I agree. No reason to make us watch this.
 
I watch it for the inevitable nip slip. Terrible i know but it keeps it entertaining for me. I do like a good women fight every once and a while but just like bw men's division i rarely set my expectations high.

I was honestly just going to make a similar thread. Why are we forced to watch this garbage?! This fight was higher placed than John Dodson's fight. Just think about that for a moment. For fucks sake.

They should have their own shows. Let the champs fight on the normal cards, but that is it.
 
I can't wait to watch Rose and Tecia roll around together though..... so I'm not sure if I'm a hypocrite or not. But fuggit
 
WMMA is nothing like WNBA. WMMA is the only women's sport I can enjoy. They bring it 9 times outta 10 when you actually give em a chance.
 
You know there's nothing I can't stand more than a hater... but I really don't enjoy womens MMA.... I have seen just a handful of fights that I really enjoyed. I don't like any of the personalities but that really has nothing to do with it... the fights just don't generally deliver a great bit of action. It reminds me a lot of watching amateur mens fights only the power and athleticism isn't there. I know they could kick my ass but I want to see the best and more technical amazing fights, wmma just doesn't fit the bill. Hate me all you want but I'm being honest and I don't see how you could disagree that they just aren't at the mens level yet, plus they just don't have that physicality outside of Cyborg.
 
Its not that bad. I watch low level mma all the time and enjoy it. A fight is a fight. Plus some of them are easy on the eyes.

Main difference is less power. Trade off is the fights become a bit more tactical, so its a matter of taste.

If they had their own shows they'd be invicta... look how that turned out. The UFC knows that if they put on a full womens card they wouldn't get any viewers... I doubt FOX would even let them do it if they wanted to.
