your analysis is Garbage, Phil Davis is a legit win for Rumble, and Gus is the #1 contender, the fact that you brought up Rashad, who lost to lil nog, and Rampage who barely beat King Mo, as your top contenders is just ridiculous.

Yes.

You have to factor how close the first fight was and Rumble is on a tear. He would be very deserving.

If you don't think that was fight I think you might actual be the right intelligence level of the heavies.

There isn't anyone left at LHW, Jon is cleaning house. Right now, Rumble is probably the most deserving of a shot considering he is a new contender on win streak and Gus already fought Jon. But since Gus is fighting Rumble, if he wins, he definitely deserves a shot.
 
The answer is yes, simple as that. Winner of this match up makes perfect sense given the landscape at 205
 
i think mod should shut these kind of threads down. do we really need somewhat 20 threads about however Gus is worthy or not of a rematch since he "has not proven himself"?
