A friend of mine called me today with apossible job opp I can't pass up going for. Normally I don't go for out of state Jobs but this I just can't pass up. The Cincinatti Reds are seeking a new S&C coach for their Double A affiliate. If you guys know how minor league systems work, the double A squad is often the place where the most promising talent is kept to develop and train. They wanted someone with a Baseball background, and has worked with high level baseball guys, having played some colleg ball, and coached college guys, he recommended me and a two other guys. I'll let you know how it turns out

Thanks, since i wasn't good enough to be a pro ball player, i'd love to help those good enough to be their best

Sounds awesome. Good luck.

Good luck dude!

Just a question from a noob in this area, does baseball players train lots of core & trunk rotation exercises?

Good luck man.

I hope you nab it.

yes if they want to get better. BUt most athletes in most sports should do that

Good luck. My friend is doing that for the Rockies right now and loves it. He's with one of their affiliates right outside the ASU campus ... lucky guy.
