I think he has accepted a USADA suspension or received the arbitration decision. But I'm just guessing. The tweet seems to me to be a prelude to bad news. But I wasn't referencing any specific penalty, 4 years or otherwise.

Everyone knows I am one of the biggest ball-busters here of jon.

That said, the very fact that this may be the first time he has ever acknowledged that HE is the problem, is a big step in the right direction. Usually he blames everyone and everything else.

He's just referring to a pretty common martial art idea, which is that you are always your own toughest opponent. Jones like to wax philosophical but never seems to show any of the growth he keeps going on about.

I really hope he takes his 4 years off and decides to stop talking about growing and actually do it.
