Has anybody purchased anything from winning lately? I made a purchase on 4/27 and I have yet to receive anything or receive a response back from the 4 e-mails I have sent them regarding the status on my order. Just wanted to know if anybody else is experiencing the same delay's with them.

Mr. Kazumichi (Winning USA) usually responds within a day, but I haven't contacted him yet since the nuclear thing has happened. Maybe he's busy with other stuff, on vacation or maybe he's gonna respond tonight. Who knows. How about giving them a call.

well the funny thing is I e-mailed him before I placed the order asking him a question regards to shipping and he responded pretty quickly. but yea I'm thinking there's probably some issues that has to do with the recent events in Japan. I was just wondering if anybody else was encountering the same issue.

I have/did. Kaz has still responded though. Normally when you order the payment gets taken within 24 hours but lately its been longer.

Dont worry dude, it still wont take long. Winnings service is still top notch.

Im experiencing similar things.. ? I ordered the fg-5000 headgear from winning-usa last wednesday and havent heard anything from them yet, except for a order confirmation email.. is this usual? Does anybody know how long it takes till your order ship out and you get your stuff, from the day on your ordered?

I emailed him before the order and he said it would take about 4-6 days. I just ordered yesterday and asked if I could have a tracking number. He said he would email me one once they got it shipped out. I'll let you guys know if I encounter a problem.

I also placed an order with them on 5/24 for red MS-300 gloves and all I have gotten so far is the invoice. I'm sure there will be no problems and that they won't do me wrong though if anyone has any updates please share. I will do the same.

I think this is pretty normal for Winning. Before I ordered my FG-5000, he was pretty good at answering my emails, even on weekends, late at night, etc.

After I put in my order, no more answers. Headgear showed up though.
