Hi people,

I have searched the forums here for information and I cannot seem to find any feedback regarding this Winning retailer.

http://www.kozuji.com/

Anybody had any experiences with them? They have 100% positive feedback on eBay which is a positive indication.

I am looking at buying a couple of FG-5000's and don't want to receive anything but the genuine product.

Customer service has been superb so far I must admit and it all looks 100%...

Regards,

GB

I've brought NG2 knuckle guards from them without any problems - fast shipping even to New Zealand.

BUT if I was going to buy an FG-5000 I would buy it from Rakuten as it's definitely cheaper on there.

Hi man,

It's more the authenticity I am concerned about..

With Rakuten you can get one listed for 265eur BUT 10% handling and delivery PLUS any taxes, import duties correct?

I imagine that will add around 100eur to the initial cost.

And one more thing pal, it takes over a month for delivery for non-custom colours, from most Rakuten sellers, right?

Thanks for the reply man!

Well the knuckle guards I got were definitely legitimate Winning NG-2's and they did ship from Japan so I'm sure the rest of their gear is legit.

America-ya is pretty bad with their responses, Koubudo takes ages as well but they seem to ship gear if it's in stock at a reasonable rate. If you're talking about blue, red, white and black Winning gear, you shouldn't have to wait a month for them to ship it.

I brought my MS-600 gloves from America-Ya and had absolutely zero problems with shipping to NZ and also customs - I can't remember what the package said i.e. if it said gift or something but i didn't get charged any tax.

Ah I hope we have the same deal here in Europe. As long as the items are not custom, delivery is 3 days to my location. Pretty decent I'd say.

Yeah if you're going with a stock standard FG-5000 in blue/red/white/black without embroidery or screenprinting after placing the order and confirming shipping costs America-ya should ship the order in a couple of days

Getting win I g gear seems to have slowed down lately. I got gloves, fg2900 and fg5000 from America yeah, stock colors and it took like 1.5 weeks to get delivered.

Lately I've had friends who ordered and have waited and waited, this has been going on for awhile now it seems.

Hi ironwolf,

They have guaranteed fast delivery with free print if need be.

Not being able to supply authenticity certification, they did send me these images... Can anybody who has ever bought this product confirm the label authenticity?

Thanks again people!!!

Hello - Kozuji does stock 100% genuine gear but note that they are a reseller rather than an authorised distributor. They actually get all of their equipment from Steve at America-Ya ! I know this because they rocked up in a van while I was visiting Steve and Yumiko last year and purchased about $15k worth of goods - custom gloves, standard gloves, accessories, key rings, mitts etc. Seems this is quite a regular thing - bottom line is if you order from them you are getting genuine equipment but may just as well be better to get direct

Thanks for the info pal. All ordered. Customer service was really good. Communication was second to none. We will see how long it takes for delivery...
