Rousey has a character issue, she is weak and like a bully couldn't handle adversity.
It just wasnt fun anymore when she had to face some real competition.

Holly can still have one last run, but maybe a fresh start in some other organization, she already won the ufc championship

I don't really see it like that, Rousey didn't lack toughness in the cage at all under adversity. It was moreso that she seemed insecure, training in a camp of questionable ability that probably told her what she wanted to hear(that she was a great MMA striker like say Fedor rather than a brawler with a bit of power who should have focused on her grappling were possible) and then not being able to deal with no longer being at the top.

As mentioned of course though she had an alternative well paying career choice to being punched in the face for real.
