I was impressed because I haven't seen any ground skills from his previous fights I've seen. He briefly worked an inverted guard near the end of the 1st. Very nice.

He threw a lot of nasty elbows from the guard. I particularly liked how he blocked punches in his guard with his forearm and then immediately threw an elbow off the block.

I was impressed with the fight and with his improvement, and want to see if he can keep up this level, or if it was just a case of a guy being able to fight "above his level"
