Yes he lost TUF to a savvy BJJ veteran in Santos, but before that he looked extremely talented. He's only 22 years old & looked good against Voelker.

What type of talent do you say the guy has? Could he be one of the best Brazilians at WW? Or could he make LW? What do you think the ceiling is for Daffy Duck?

I'm a fan of Patolino for sure. He boxed the shit out of Volker and it really impressed me.

I haven't seen any of his other fights. Probably won't watch his TUF fights but no shame in losing to a guy like Santos at this stage of his career.

Did the reason for him pulling out of the Magny fight ever come out? That would have been interesting. I wonder when he'll be back in the cage.

He's got way more potential than Santos but I'm not convinced he'll ever reach the top level.

I saw him bludgeon Voelker live at the MGM. Dude has serious potential. I'm rooting for him.

He's physically talented but isn't smart enough to train and be at the top.

He really should have beat Santos but he let himself down by gassing out. I figured he was too inexperienced to stick around in the UFC but he beat the shit out of the significantly more experienced Bobby Voelker afterwards.

He's got his work cut out for him at Welterweight but at such a young age it'll be interesting to see how his career pans out.

And even then, not to make excuses for the guy but I think that venue was ridiculously hot that night. Who knows how the temperature contributed to him gassing out that early.

If his cardio is legit, his upside could be pretty high.
