Will UFC little guys ever be celebrated like Boxing's guys

Yeah but atleast boxing has those Pacquiaos, Prince Naseems and Mayweathers. In pretty much the whole of sub 155 mma there's only Conor McGregor who's a PPV star.

Ronda Rousey is below 155

Ufc's two biggest stars are featherweight and below

It depends it seems it is already starting.

doesnt matter how small you are, when you're a showman like prince naseem, people are going to tune in.

The majority of the most popular boxers fight at 154 or below. By far the two most popular athletes in combat sports usually weigh less then 150LBs on fight night

Its because its the era for them. In the 70s to the 90s it was heavies. Boxing is purely dictated on personality and talent. The Heavies have been uninteresting to american fans because they have European champs. If Wilder ever gets a shot and defeats Klitchko, look for americans to reclaim the interest.

Outside of Manny Pac, Floyd Mayweather and to a lesser degree Miguel Cotto, Saul Alverez and Chavez Jr. (who is shit, but has the family legacy), no one gives a shit about the rest of the fighters. GGG is starting to get popular, but again, being non american or mexican, he wont garner the attention of multiple million dollar fights.

You mean like the three or four guys the average layperson can name? Rousey, Jones, McGregor. Only reason they don't bank more is because they are contractually barred from producing their own fights.
