if you mean "first wife Fedor", then yes he will hurt a lot of people in the cage if he fights smart. he cant head hunt like he was doing in SF. He has to use his iq and fight guys where they are weak and exploit weaknesses instead of challenging where they are strong.

The guy is nearly 40. The guys that are expecting the same fedor that beat cro cop or an even more improved version than that are in for a rude awakening.

My expectations are realistic, I expect him to do well, but I think the glory days of Fedor may be over. I would be happy for him to prove us wrong though.

lol no. Fedor will most likely lose if he signs with the UFC.

He's out of his prime and he's probably no where near as explosive and fast as he used to be. But given the state of the HW division, he can still make plenty of noise.

Yeah though it'd be contradictory to his career of grappling Noguiera, judo throwing Ogawa etc.

Better than Solid Fedor, but a scrub compared to Tight Fedor.

To me it all comes down to how motivated he is and how much wear and tear he has on him. If he's injury free, highly motivated, and trains/fights smart he can still beat any HW on the planet. He's got to get back to training and fighting how he did 10 years ago though, not the "I'm going to try and knock him out quickly because I'm not motivated to fight as much anymore" Fedor we saw towards the end. If we see the best version of him he can bring, he wont go on the streak he did before, but he's still capable of beating anyone. He might even be able to get the belt but I don't think he'd be able to keep it for more than a fight or two tops.

Fedor is 38, Werdum the UFC Champ is 38, Mark Hunt was 38 when he started knocking peoples heads off again, before that he lost what 7 fights in a row? Lets just be patient and see what happens.
