Will the UFC ever be 100% free?

    What's stopping the UFC from being 100% free, or at least getting rid of ppv? Wouldn't the sport gain in popularity if everyone could switch on the tv and watch it? What needs to happen? Weekly events?

    Not in America it won't be. I can't see the UFC ever leaving the PPV format. Even if they only do 300k to 500k buys it will ALWAYS stay with the PPV format. The sport would have to catch up to some major leagues to compete with out the PPV money. We might see some more free events, but I highly doubt 100% free.
