Gotta think Diaz has a major advantage on the ground and has show his skills off his back in the past. So will he test the waters with stand-up or just pull guard and give himself a much better shot at success?

If he gets super hurt, or grabs a standing guillotine, yes.

You have to be delusional if you think Diaz is better than Mcgregor on the ground, or will pull guard. Not to mention, Diaz hasn't subbed anyone from a setup from guard since Alvin Robinson. Virtually all of his subs have come off of takedowns, which he finishes from guard. There's a big difference.

He just doesn't have a remotely dangerous guard.

I think Conor destroys Nate on feet. It gets interesting if Nate catches a kick and a scramble ensues, otherwise i dont see Nate shooting or pulling guard. He will probably do the "werdum" and fall extra easy to try and get nate to follow

Haha . Also ronda rousey sucks at armbars in that world lol

10 days to prepare for possibly the best pfp fighter in the world. I think this is going to be a very bad night for Nate.

He utilizes leg locks to get on top, and yeah, his ground game is much much better than Conor's

Doesn't sound like Nate's "woosh woosh" game plan.

... some ninja shit.

With five rounds to work with, I'd love to see Nate use a trip or pull guard early on.

i must say that is some quality trolling.

Nate has standards and a reputation to uphold.

He fights exactly as he did in his last fight. But if it aint going well he will look to test Conor on the ground.

He wants to out box him. But winning slightly trumps his pride of winning a boxing match.

As long as he things he's in it, he'll continue to box.
