Khabib will take his time. I think his initial onslaught will be devastating, leaving Conor all but a shell of himself. But after that he will pitter patter GnP, just so the referee doesn't stop the fight. In the final round however he will finish him, either via turning up the volume/power or a sub.

People don't understand how much Khabib was playing with Al, even in the first 2 rounds, he didn't go berserk with his GnP, like he does with others. He wanted to see how he felt in a five rounder.
