Man, i think Cruz nowadays is miles above Faber. Theres a big possibility of a true one sided afair in this fight.
Do you guys think it will finally be Fabers last title fight, lol? or theres a chance for him and conor at 145?
 
Not sure about Faber's last title fight, but my money's on Cruz.

I think Cruz does better against Uriah this time and yes it will be his last hurrah at a title shot
 
Don't think he will "destroy" him per se, but he likely wins a decision.

Faber has always done well against Cruz overall. Cruz is just a little too slick for him now imo.
 
Destroy? Nah. Out-point? Very likely.

He'll hand him a verbal destruction though, and that's good enough popcorn for me.
 
Yes, he will absolutely DESTROY Faber.....on the judges' scorecards.

It is predicted that Dom will dance his way to a convincing decision, but Uriah will not be destroyed. Wait... I am getting something else.... nope, decision it is.
 
It could be a good fight and I think cruz wins. If Faber loses I do think it will be his last shot at the title. I mean he's had quite a few already and lost. And if cruz stays champ no one will want to see them fight again.
 
Cruz by decision again. Anything else would surprise me. Is this Faber's 27th title shot under Zuffa now? As great as Cruz is, I find it hard to take 135 serious overall.

I'd be shocked if the Decisionator won by anything else except decision. I think it's another close fight, Cruz edges him again by using dancing with the stars technique:
 
I think Cruz deserves to be favorite. But I could see Faber putting up a good fight. He doesn't fear Cruz's striking. Cruz BARELY avoided fighting long enough to win a decision against tj. Faber has to know, if he wants gold this is it. This is his best and likely last shot.

Agree I think its an easy win for Cruz This time Faber just hasn't changed enough to catch him. Frustrating 5 round win for Cruz also likely a snooze fest.
 
Cruz isn't really a destroyer but a methodical fighter and he's one the best at doing it but I won't be surprised if Mizugaki'd Urijah.
 
If Faber doesn't win there is no sense of him staying around. He makes good money outside the UFC. His gym does pretty good in Sac.

If he stays he's going to be that weird old guy at the college club sceens
 
I expect this fight to go exactly as Faber vs Edgar.

Cruz, like Edgar, will score on the feet while Faber will stare at him and wait for something. Few TDs here and there from Cruz but pretty much a boring 50-45 without anyone being in serious trouble at any point and Cruz clearly winning every round.

Nah, Faber's got enough left to give Dom a good fight.
