He is because Jon is not in the UFC right now. If Jones was still in the UFC and wasn't fighting because of an injury or something, like when they decided to open the heavyweight belt up with Valasquez, and that WAS disputed, this LHW is undisputed within the organization. I would assume DC is the undisputed.
