What do you guys think?

Judging by the pics I say it's fairly even.

neither will throw a single "meaningful" kick. Siver will go for takedowns and Conor will finish with punches.

The jumping switch kick that McGregor kept throwing against Holloway seemed to be pretty effective but he hasn't really used it since. Might not be so effective against shorter guys and Siver is the shortest guy he's faced sice Brimage. The front kick that he used against Brimage might be a better one for McGregor in this.

I don't see Siver having much success with his kicks because of the range disadvantage and because of how Conor moves so much. Maybe if he timed that spinning back kick perfectly, it could do some damage. McGregor is the right size target for him. Not so sure about the high kick that Siver had success with against Cub, I don't think McGregor will be in range for it.

I hope this is fought at close quarters so we can see Siver's full arsenal though.

No Siver is the better kicker.

That might be his saving grace if Mcgregor thinks his kicks are better than they actually are, he certainly seems to think he's better looking than he actually is.

The fight against Guillard showed how weak Sivers boxing defense is though and Mcgregor has better hands than him.

This

Although Siver's kicks are just a bit more to the point, as opposed to Conor's distracting kicks.

I never though Siver was an especially great kicker. Just a powerful kicker.

Siver has better kicks probably but not a better kicking game and a better overall game, I think. Siver's kicks probably are faster and harder, yes, but he won't land them in a significant way. McGregor's kick probably are less hard and maybe slower but he can set them up with punches, fakes, footwork, timing, and speed in footwork.

I don't think he'll need to. Since we are asking questions: Will Siver piss clean?

Conor will neutralize Siver's kicks and then KO him.

Siver has better technique, but Mcgregor by ko fairly early in the first.

Conor will throw a spinning back kick himself and you nerds will cream in your pants.

But no he won't out kick him.

Conor has better kicks without question, too many people get influenced by what Joe Rogan says.

Siver is a average kicker overall who specialises on one kick.

Conor has a huge arsenal of kicks and although I'm sure he'll get a few headkick K.O's he mainly uses them for distance.

But the speed, technique, variation and fluidity are all with Conor, i'd say power looks about even.

Conor will make short work of Siver, Cant wait to see him against Aldo, all of his UFC fights (except Holloway coz he had to revert to controlling him on the ground) have been over so quick that we still don't know exactly how good he is.

So far he's a bit like Naseem Hamed, huge build up and then Nas KO's the guy inside a minute.

This is where someone will reference barrera = Aldo and that's fair enough.

I really don't think Siver has anything to offer Conor even in the kicking department. I know he's prob training in kick boxing and takwondo longer but in terms of athletic ability and style there is no comparison.
