That bad chin shit needs to stop. He's only been dropped twice in 16 UFC fights and finished by strikes once. All guys who strike that way will get rocked, its live by the sword die by the sword. Mark Hunt has a god chin and has been stopped three times by strikes in less UFC fights. Cerrone has been stopped twice.
He has okay wrestling but he can live without it because he pulls guards and rolls for leg locks. He showed he has some power against Healy.
Hence one of the two times he's been dropped. Is there a point there? The kid that just fought Ferguson got dropped by his jab but I didn't hear anything but praise for his chin. The only difference in that sequence is Cerrone jumped on his back when he tried to get up but Ferguson tried to finish with strikes and let Landon back in.
Lol like Pearson did against Brooks? Oh, wait. Brooks struggled taking him down at times. Barboza has much better TDD and is better at maintaining distance.
Barboza has become overrated as well in my opinion. His stand up (offensively) is the best in the division but he has certain holes in his game and his chin is not bad but not the greatest either. I think that he will be top 5 for the rest of his UFC career but imo he ain't touching that belt.
Like I said very limited skill set. He wouldn't crack top 15 in the UFC at 155.

When he's on Brooks. Sea Level Cain. Motivated BJ. Healthy Shogun. Brooks is a very talented fighter but I haven't seen enough from him. He got knocked out by Saad Awaad, and badly. I need to see him against some top 10 opponents before I say he's champ material.
