I'm seriously tired of all these rematches. But Aldo has held the belt for a long time.

Do you guys think Aldo gets an immediate rematch after McGregor KO's him in the 2nd round?

If Barao can get a rematch after his beating anything is possible. With that being said..
    Aldo wins

Aldo, jones, rousey, Mighty Mouse, Cain, would all get immediate rematches if they lost.

Lawler, Pettis , TJ probably wouldn't , but you never know.

Aldo will get an immediate rematch in Ireland, without a doubt.

Everyone else is tired of rematches too, which is why we are not seeing the champ fight the top five fighters he had already beaten and is instead taking on McCheddar.

My bad. That's a tough one. At the end of the day if Dana thinks a rematch will generate the most ppv buys he will get one .

The real question is : will Conor lose a second fight in a row after Aldo kicked him out of FW?

Everybody gets a rematch on everything: we saw 3 Cain-JDS fights. After the first one, why rematch if it was such a fast KO? After the 2nd, why rematch if Cain was so dominant? And so on...

Chael LOST and got a rematch against AS. There are trilogies all over, the sport is becoming a joke with the recent declarations that "AS gets a title shot with a win over Diaz" and the Conor non-sense who gets a title shot without ever having faced a top-5 in the category. But he's the untested goat, so who cares right?

So, yes, Aldo probably gets a rematch after losing 5 times in a row, who cares, it's the UFC.

Aldo will need time to recover. Conor will be fresh and ready to defend against Mendes or Edgar.

It was the first time we saw Anderson Silva get dominated in one of the biggest fights in the UFC AND he won 2 fight's to get there.

Rematches Smematches but sometime they're deserved, makes-sense and are needed.

    Aldo gets one.

Aldo won't need a re-match it's your leprechaun that will be asking for one after he licks his wounds and his bruised pride as healed.

No, there will be no need. After Aldo makes quick work of McGregor people will discount Aldo's win because McGregor never faced a top 5 opponent and got a title shot beating an opponent that wasn't top 10. Aldo was smiling because it is an easy defense for him he will make a ton of money on and requires little promoting.

People actually think McGregor is going to beat Aldo? The jester himself even knows he's out of his depth.
