Wilder vs Duhaupas will be official shortly...

Charr has beaten Leapai since to leapfrog him back I guess?
Its a very imperfect science but its still a shit fight.

He got KO'd in five rounds in his last fight.

It's only a matter of time before Wilder gets KO'd and he knows that, fights like this act as showcase in front of his home fans. He won't be able to do it for long so it makes sense to bring in a bum or two to crush.

This guy he is fighting also lost to Teper and Pianeta, he's garbage.

He lost 2 decisions to Teper (in his backyard), who is undefeated and crushed David Price, and Pianeta whose 2 career losses came against Wlad and Chagaev (and was getting mauled at the end of their fight).

Duhaupas is hardly HOF material, but claiming that he's garbage whilst considerning 97% of Wilder's previous opponents is a bit of an overstatement.

Well Wilder is the champion, if this isn't a garbage fight, it should be pretty competitive. Let's see if we get a good fight out of this.

I hope so. Duhaupas lacks the pop to be a serious threat but he can make it interesting for 6 or 7 rounds. To be fair, it's still very possible that Wilder wrecks him, of course.
