Btw I took your advice and did some day drinking and wondering around the Kunming bird market. Next time I am in Kunming I plan to do it again. Gotta say it was pretty nice I got baijiu and mixed it with some fresh limeade that everybody has there for super cheap.

Nice! You’re making me nostalgic here. There’s also Green Lake Park, West Mountain, and lots of other cool shit around Yunnan. Gimme a buzz if you need more ideas next time you head that way. Miss that place. My favourite cheap baijiu at the corner stores was the one with the green label with a gold bull on it. Can’t remember the name of the brand. It was pretty smooth for the cheap stuff. Ahhh the memories.

Exactly. Goes down smooth and gets you ripped. Same price and everything in corner stores all over Kunming too. I’d drink it straight with a chaser of some kind. Don’t think I could get it here though, even in Chinatown.

lol you're right about that, when i was back in the USA i bought a bottle of maotai for 25$ just so my friends could see what i was talking about. but that Maotai bottle would have been like 30 kauai at the most here in China.

Sucks to hear man. Mainly because of the kid. I left my ex of 9 years and knew the most painful part would be becoming a weekend dad. Me and my daughter were getting really close at the time as well because I worked overnight and would wake up to go to her school events whenever they came up.I would also put her to bed and take her to school.

I'll never forget when I took a month off after the break up for some me time and then came to see my daughter. Till this day I've never seen her so happy to see me. Since that time she got less and less excited as she got used to me not being around as much. In the end her mom was a dead beat like I knew she was and got bad into drugs. My daughter came to live with me and all's well that ends well. Unfortunately my daughter has a shtity mom that she wont even call mom anymore and didn't even invite to her Bday party but whatever.
