seens to be a 3 man shortlist
    Breazealle
    Ortiz
    Povetkin

Povetkins manager said Sasha wants the fight. Breazealle gets him no 1 with wbc but no idea when the next mandatory will be called.

    Who should he fight?

Personally I want povetkin, Ortiz if not. These guys give him a fckin fight, I think he knocks Breazeale out

Any of the three will be solid wins for him and very exciting fights.

Id personally like to see Ortiz the most.

Up until the last few days I was still convinced he’d fight Joshua. However, just seen a piece in sky sports news saying Joshua’s goading him to take the fight, but in essence he knows his worth and thinks Joshua doesnt want to fight him?
It’s nonsense from both sides. Whatever people’s views are on whether he should take the fight or not, he is the only one that loses out

From a fans point of view, povetkin or Ortiz will probably be a better fight than Joshua vs whyte

Ortiz is fighting March 2nd (not an option) him and breazeale are PBC guys so if Hearn is involved I don’t know how much of an option this 2 guys are.

i think the only guy out of the three who is step up from Parker is Povetkin, but i dont mind seeing any of those fights, Whyte is always game and puts on a show

I thinks its a real possibility if Povetkin is still motivated, i would like to see that fight the most, Ortiz and Brezeale....neither of them have won a decent fight

I don’t think the Breazeale or Ortiz fights are gimmes either to be fair.

You have to respect Dillian for taking on the biggest fights available outside the big three.

Fighting Povetkin coming off a KO loss feels like it will get him the least benefit. Ortiz would be the most interesting but I doubt the timing works out. Breazeale seems to get him the most so I expect him to go for that.

I've read rumours that this could be a PPV fight. Bearing that in mind, it should be Povetkin. That would be the most competitive and the best choice of the three since he's still fresh in the casuals' minds since the AJ match.

Ortiz I would like to see as well and could see beating Whyte if his stamina holds up. Unfortunately he has a fight booked for 2nd March.

Breazeale is not as good as those two, but I could really see him being the opponent.

Ortiz and Povetkin are both pretty bad matchups for Whyte. Very even fights though imo.

I think gun to my head I pick Whyte to win, but I could see both of them busting his face up as hes trying to take the fight to the telephone booth.

Fckin ppv? Whyte just isn’t a big enough name. But if it’s povetkin or Ortiz I’d probably have to buy it. As long as there’s a decent undercard. If it’s breazealle, I’ll be a bit disappointed in all honesty.

I feel the same. It is Eddie Hearn promoting, so I wouldn't be too surprised by a PPV, especially considering he just had Whyte vs Chisora as one. If the Wembley April date gets cancelled I'm sure he'll have to pay something for it.

Povetkin or Ortiz are both interesting. Get a couple of decent undercard fights and the appeal of not having to stay up till 4am and I'd buy too.
