Why would UFC want Khabib-Conor II?

Conor Just doesn’t really want to compete anymore, and as a fan of him that is very disappointing for me.

Sure, that's why he keeps asking for a rematch with Khabib...

He eggs khabib on with insults etc thinking itll help promote a rematch but it angers khabib into not wanting to give him one.

Even tho khabib would make great $ in a rematch he'd rather not have it to avoid rewarding Conor for his insults.

I actually agree, especially as conor is the company's biggest draw despite the loss.

It seems that for all the abusr he gets a big part of this is that conor wants the rematch rather than select a easier fight that would still draw similar money.

The only reason to think Conor could win would be the Diaz fights where he came in under prepared, got sub'd in the 2nd, came back stronger and (barely) won the rematch. Also he was drinking whiskey in the lead-up to the fight and looked hungover when he entered the cage. If he cuts all that shit out it might at least go to the judges next time.

1. The fight was decisively won, without any controversy or difficulty. There is zero indication that another fight would go on any other directon and result in a different result
2. There are other top contenders who deserve a shot before conor gets another (Tony,Dustin, Justin, Alex, Gregor, Islam.)
3. The trash talk between the two resulted in a post fight brawl last time and there's no way that doesn't happen again.
4. It's not like LW is a weak division it's historically strong and the fans deserve fresh matchups
5. The UFC would make just as much money putting conor against any one else and giving an immediate rematch to an underserved fighter diminishes the concept that the UFC is a "real sport" . There are WWE elements in every form of combat sports but stuff like this devalues the UFC and gives credence to people who argue that the UFC "isn't a real sport"

it always about the money and if conor only wants to fight 1 more time there the ufc will want to cash out as much as they can to than let conor go crawl under a rock and go away.
