I'm sure many will accuse me of getting on my misogynist pulpit, but I mean this as a honest conversation.

All throughout my 20's, and in my teenage years I struggled with women. When I was 29, a lightbulb clicked on. Everything I knew about women was wrong. They don't want to be romanced, they don't want to be respected, they don't want honesty. They want to be lied to. They want you to pretend, and they reward this behaviour with pussy.

My experience with female leadership in both the army, and in corporate environments, is that they are insecure, and over compensate by being aggressive.

My experience has also been that just about every female in leadership is a yes women, that doesn't understand that the difference between good management, and bad management, has to do with knowing when to stop mismanagement from the top.

Hence my thread title. Are females being pushed into leadership positions because they are easily manipulated, and insecure?


Disclaimer: I'm sure some people will think this is women hating. I have met women I have extraordinary respect for. These women are above average, in intelligence and capability. I treat each person by their own accord. This thread is a observation of the average female, and my experience with women in leadership.

I'm gonna guess the struggle with women continued after your 20's as well, and the "light bulb" that clicked was just complacent bitterness.

First of all women leadership isn't going to change shit, other than inspire women which is cool....I don't understand why people think it's gonna create world peace or some shit, LMFAO.

Women give too much of a fuck about what people think....way too much IRL......This is why they put on make up, use snapchat filters, take amazing photos, etc.....Now, Im not sure how that translates to politics, obviously politicians are people who care what people think so maybe that will benefit them when running....but if you give a fuck about what people think that much, Im not sure you will make a great leader.

I don't though, and that is the point. When I stopped putting pussy on a pedastal, I had no problem landing pussy.

Once I accepted reality, which is that most women want to be lied to, I did just fine.

Not trying to be rude, but I have to be honest here. This just makes it sound like you are not somebody that capable, intelligent women are interested in. If you have this low of an opinion about women, it just reflects on the quality of woman that you can attract. Do you know quality women that aren't attracted to you at least? What about your mom? Is she somebody who just gives up her pussy to guys who tell her the right lies?

Seriously, this type of thread is so bizarre. They pop up now and then and I just can't believe guys so willingly admit they surround themselves with worthless women.

That's great and all, but it rejects the reality that I struggled with women when I carried myself in a way you approve of, and was swimming in pussy, when I decided to face reality.

I want to be clear here. This conversation shouldn't really apply to politics. Most of those women, are more then likely extraordinary. They lie outside the mean of the average woman.
