Why will Mcgregor be fined/dq'd if he throws an elbow?

Mayweather elbows his opponents all the time, is there anything in the contract saying if Mayweather throws an elbow he'll be automatically disqualified and fined up to his entire purse? Mcgregor could actually end up throwing something like a knee or an elbow just on reflex because it's what he's used to. In Floyd's case, when he elbows his opponents it's 100% intentional, seems dumb to include elbows in this clause unless the same thing applies to Mayweather.

That contract clause is Floyd's way of keeping McGregor honest.
