Why was AmericaOverAll banned?

I'm reviewing his post history and I see nothing that warrants banning. He was an established poster who was often very blunt with facts but that doesn't warrant banning.

I don't like seeing familiar faces around here get banned unless it's really ban-worthy.

Don't most of the offending posts/threads get deleted when a Mod finds them?
